Summary
In this critical sales role, we are looking for someone with a successful track record and relevant experience selling SAAS and/or network software/hardware or related system sales experience. Experience developing relationships, identifying sales opportunities, working opportunities to closure and working with VARs/channel partners is required.
This person should thrive in a fast paced sales environment, be creative, focused and an excellent problem solver. The Account Executive, GB will have a demonstrated track record of success, based upon a strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal and sales skills. The position will require flexibility in working with the changing environment of a global sales force and the position holder will undertake other duties as assigned by the Manager, GB Sales.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and develop new business opportunities from outbound/inbound calls, leads, general prospecting and email marketing
- Perform sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects
- Coordinate and drive entire sales cycle for General Business unit sales opportunities from cold calling, qualification, opportunity identification, introduction, demonstration, proposal, negotiating and deal closure
- Travel into designated territory monthly, or as needed to meet/exceed objectives, develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, present, articulate/clarify value and differentiation, and win the business in expected timeframe
- Meet and exceed individual revenue and contact quota
- Partner with field reseller partners and/or service partners to support sales and implementation
- Work closely with channel partners developing sales opportunities
- Create quotes and solution configuration
- Develop territory strategy, including channel leverage and internal resource requirements, for each account and/or geography
- Develop a robust pipeline
- Accurately forecast revenue for territory and accounts, maintain contact information, business history and opportunity details in salesforce.com data continuously
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing customers, prospects and channel partners

Summary
The Document Control/ECO Analyst position at Coulomb requires a senior individual contributor who will take ownership of rudimentary NPI and ECO document control processes. The position is multi-faceted; it includes detailed management and implementation of the product documentation and change management processes, as well as driving improvements to the processes themselves. While this is initially an individual contributor role, it requires substantial project management, leadership, and negotiating skills to achieve desired results. The successful candidate will work independently with and influence partners across several functional areas, both internal and external, including Sales, Finance, New Product Development, and Contract Manufacturers.
Responsibilities
Defining and ensuring compliance to standards for:
- Part and file numbering and naming
- Standards for BOM and product structures
- Required content for all parts and assemblies including: pricing, AVL/AML information, and other part data required by our MRP system (Expandable)
Further definition and documentation of the ECO (change management) process including its implementation at our manufacturing partners
Managing the access and transfer of part and assembly data to our manufacturing partners
Organize and record the regular engineering change review meetings
Creating and processing ECOs including all aspects of implementation:
- Identifying and including all stakeholders both internal and external
- Leading implementation plan development
- Transfer of all required documentation to manufacturing partners
- Determining all cost impacts including materials, tooling, NRE
- Disposition of material
- Management of ECO implementation plan to closure
Act as the administrator for the Arena PLM and the interface to Expandable ERP
Work with R&D and operations engineering to structure BOMS according to established standards
Work with purchasing and supply chain to maintain accurate costing and AVL/AML information in Arena
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have continuity with at least one company from early stage to maturity
- At least 5 years of experience in document control/ECO implementation with outsourced manufacturing
- Working knowledge of a PLM tool such as Arena or Agile
- Working knowledge of an ERP system such as Expandable or Oracle
- Familiarity with manufacturing best practices standards
- Strong understanding of product structuring principles and how to support lean manufacturing processes through BOM structure.

The Embedded QA Lead will help change the car charging industry forever by being responsible for the quality of the industry leading ChargePoint charging stations.
- Lead manual and automated testing for charging stations based on the Linux operating system
- Drive testability requirements and process changes as necessary to achieve quality goals
- Interact with development and products teams to review specifications and develop comprehensive test plans
- Identify test strategy, define test plans, develop test cases and execute tests to validate new features
- Design, develop and maintain automated tests
- Report defects and follow-through as necessary to complete the testing cycle
- Conduct root cause analysis of field failures and work with the development team to resolve them
- Provide timely status updates and assist the team in making decisions about release readiness

The Master Scheduling and Materials Management position at Coulomb is for a senior individual contributor and plays a pivotal role in translating sales opportunities into finished products. It is a challenging assignment in that Coulomb is at the forefront of the emerging EVSE industry so there is a premium on flexibility and agility while maintaining a predictable material pipeline. Solutions to issues within this position’s purview are critical to successfully achieving company objectives.
The successful candidate will work with partners across several functional areas, both internal and external, including Sales, Finance, New Product Development, and Contract Manufacturers. The position is multi-faceted, requiring not only substantial resource planning skills, but also demonstrated capabilities in production control, material procurement and effectively directing external resources. More specifically, duties include:
Managing the Master Production Schedule:
- Creating and maintaining the MPS model from approved Sales Forecast
- Entering the MPS into our ERP system (Expandable) and reviewing for accuracy
- Generating an MRP and producing pegging and order action reports for Purchasing
- Providing a 6 month rolling forecast to Contract Manufacturers
- Reviewing and reporting on shipment performance to quarterly forecast
- Tracking Coulomb forecast changes monthly and providing a quarterly report on fluctuation
Supply Analysis and Scheduling:
- Providing daily commitments to customer sales orders based on supply from CMs
- Assisting with P.O. placement and scheduling for production released products at CMs
Production Control:
Job order creation for special product builds, rework at Coulomb
- Creation of kit lists and shop travelers
- Performing kitting and WIP completion transactions
- Job variance reporting

Job Description
- In this role, you will be a key technical contributor on implementation and integration with various charging station manufacturers in the ChargePoint Ecosystem. You will also be responsible for successfully deploying and supporting other ChargePoint Ecosystem solutions for strategic partners beginning with pilots or proof of concepts through all phases of deployment to post-installation technical support. You will also provide pre-sales technical assistance to global sales team in closing deals and business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Develop, present and demonstrate technical architecture of various charging station manufacturing partners within ChargePoint Ecosystem
- Work closely with business development and engineering team to develop mutually acceptable “Statement of Work” (SOW) for integration projects.
