Fleet Plan
If you manage fleets, chances are you're looking for a way to incorporate electric vehicles (EVs) into your fleets to save on maintenance and operational costs, to meet sustainability goals, or both. But in order to do this, you need a way to ensure your electric fleet vehicles are charged and ready when you need them.
Ensure Your Electric Fleet Vehicles are Charged and Ready
The ChargePoint Fleet Manager is a cloud-based solution that tracks charging stats for all your electric fleet vehicles so you can make sure they are ready to go. You purchase the Fleet Manager service with an annual subscription that is based on your number of electric vehicles.
See charging stats and location for every EV that is plugged in
Use the Fleet Manager map to view at a glance where each vehicle is plugged in. Color coding shows whether charging is in progress or complete for each vehicle. A special indication alerts you if any vehicles have a problem with charging. You can choose to view all your electric vehicles, or a specific fleet. Simply click a vehicle on the map to view details about its charging stats and location. A table gives you a sum of your electric vehicles that are fully charged, currently charging, not plugged in, or that have a charging fault.
Never be surprised by an uncharged vehicle
Elect to receive a daily email and/or text message with charging stats for your entire electric vehicle inventory to ensure that all vehicles are fully charged for the next business day. Your Fleet Manager home page also alerts you if there is a fault with any car that is plugged in.
Track energy use by fleet, department, vehicle and driver
Track energy use by fleet, department, vehicle and driver with detailed reports. Summary numbers are provided by day, week, month or year. You can further filter reports by time period, sort reports by column headings, and download detailed report data for further analysis.
Report greenhouse gas reduction and gasoline savings
Create a template with battery capacity and miles per kilowatt hour for each type of vehicle in your inventory, and Fleet Manager will accurately track the gasoline you've saved and greenhouse gas emissions you've prevented. Report the savings by fleet, department, vehicle and driver for any time period.
