Network Operation

The ChargePoint Network Operations Services ensure that charging stations are in constant communication with the ChargePoint Network at all times. The network communications rely on robust self healing wireless mesh and wide area communications technologies to ensure that charging stations are connected to the Network Operations Center (NOC) when needed. Network operation services actively monitor the operational health of every charging station world wide and provide the conduit for over the air (OTA) software application upgrades to charging stations.

Network operation services are included with the ChargePoint Network Standard Service.
